In these trying COVID times, students have minimal interactions, and the availability of guidance is scarce. With M.Tech/Research/PhD admissions coming up, many students have qualified for interviews based on their GATE score. Shortlists for IISc/IITs and other reputed institutes for written tests and interview are now being declared. Presumably, all shortlisted students did well in GATE. So how do you stand apart in these interviews? Is GATE study material enough for cracking the IIT entrance test? Will I have to settle for less than the best because something did not go right in the online interview?
