Role:
• Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable
• Provide inputs and define test strategy and planning (types of testing, project scope, detail explanation of particular release, risk,
assumption, issues, dependencies etc)
• Execute test plans and create test reports to describe a program evaluation, testing and correction
• Maintain department KPI, identify entry and exit criteria or standard operating procedures as needed, to effectively execute the
principles and responsibilities of solution quality assurance.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team on product limitation or deadline of the release
• For assigned project act as test leader and centralized test plan creation. Coordinate a global pool of testers, monitor and centralize
reporting and escalation
• To create and formalize guidelines and train development team on certification requirements & constraints.
Profile:
Software:
• 5-7 years in Manual and Automation testing with experience on both Web and Mobile applications
• Strong knowledge and experience in SDLC with good exposure to different test techniques, test management and bug management
• Knowledge and experience in hardware testing will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Agile way of working would be ad added advantage
• Strong effective reporting and communication skills
• Flexible and open minded to changes in role, assignments and working environment
• Willing to learn 360 technical knowledge of company solutions (SW/FW/HW mechanical/compliance, etc)
• ISTQB certification is an added advantag
