Nine years ago, EverestIMS Technologies was a team out to prove that enterprise IT could be run without the complexity that everyone had come to accept. Today, we're one year short of a decade—and this is the year we look up before we look ahead.

𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

We've learned that great products aren't announced; they're proven—one uptime report, one resolved incident, one renewed contract at a time.

What began as a promise to simplify IT operations has become Infraon: a unified platform that carries the weight of monitoring, service management, and automation for enterprises that can't afford for those systems to fail. We didn't get there in a single leap. We got there release by release, feedback loop by feedback loop, staying close to the people who actually run IT for a living.

We've learned that our channel partners and distributors don't just widen our reach; they carry our name into rooms we'll never enter, and the trust comes back to us. Every market we've grown into, we've grown into because someone chose to stake their own reputation on ours. That isn't a sales relationship. It's a partnership in the truest sense.

And we've learned that the customers who push us hardest are the ones who make Infraon better. The toughest questions, the highest expectations, the "this needs to work differently" conversations — those are the ones that shaped the product.

Nine years in, we're less interested in celebrating how far we've come than in what the tenth year asks of us. ITOps is moving faster than it ever has, and the enterprises we serve are only asking more of the systems they depend on.

S. Janaki was the melody that found us in moments of love, loss, longing, and joy. She sang as though every note had a heart, and every heart deserved a melody. Across generations, her voice became the thread that stitched together our memories, our languages, and our lives.

Though the singer has taken her final bow, her music will continue to continue to rise with every dawn and echo through every soul that has ever found comfort in her songs.

Rest peacefully, Janaki Amma. Your music remains eternal.

At EverestIMS Technologies, we believe that meaningful impact begins with meaningful opportunity.

In partnership with Shishu Mandir, Bangalore, a dedicated NGO working at the grassroots level, we recently had the privilege of supporting an initiative close to our hearts — sponsoring vehicles of livelihood for women who are taking their first steps toward financial independence.

Shishu Mandir identified and guided these women through the entire journey — from driver training to the documentation and confidence-building that comes with it. Our role was simply to help remove one barrier: access to a vehicle of their own.

What followed was something far greater than a handover of keys.

It was a handover of possibility.

We are proud to support initiatives that place dignity and self-reliance at the centre — where communities don't just receive support, but build futures on their own terms.

To the women embarking on this new chapter — we wish you safe roads and stronger tomorrows.

To the team at Shishu Mandir — thank you for the work you do, quietly and consistently, where it matters most.
