Slowdown hits real estate badly:
The real estate business is passing through a severe slowdown for the past one and a half years.
The rates of lands are going down day by day and there are no takers for the bungalows, flats and row houses. Theses days the builders and developers of the city are worried lot.
There are several housing projects being accomplished on Beed By-pass, Paithan Road, Harsul, Padegaon and other places. Today there are no customers for the plots, flats and row houses.
If few people show keenness for purchasing the flats, they do not go beyond Rs 20 lakh and Rs 25 lakh. No one is ready to shell out Rs 40 lakh and Rs 50 lakh for houses.
There is money in the market but due to drought and other reasons people want to keep secure their savings. People unwilling to buy houses.
