Received an HP Pavilion G6 laptop from a computer dealer, who reported an issue with very low sound from the speakers. Despite replacing the new speakers, the problem persisted. The dealer brought the laptop to my lab, where my technician diagnosed the issue. They found a problem in the sound section due to a short circuit. After removing the short circuit, the sound quality improved significantly.
