In the memorable year 1984 a capricious and devastating unemployment problem came to visit some areas of our Hooghly & Bankura district with its destructive attitude and harmful breath . In front of us many lives were destroyed . A group of like minded youngs like us from Jayrambati, Kotulpur , Arambagh , Kamarpukur of Bankura & Hooghly District we decided to stretch out our generous hands to the

cause of the countrymen. To mitigate the sufferings of the common people , obviously to serve the distressed , disprivileged, down trodden and weaker section of the society some social workers in its true sense came forward to formally establish a launching pad for better administration of its developmental activities . Thus eith a noble mission and vision was born our craving organization “ MANUAL TRAINING INSTITUTION ” – a welfare Society , registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act. No. S / 52638 , Dt. 08th August 1986 ) .
