In view of the COVID 19 situation, UGC has decided a new academic calendar for this year.

Few Important points :

1. Batches of new admission for academic year 20-21 will start in August while classes will be from 1st September.

2. Batches of ongoing session will start from 1st August.

3. Activities like finalisation of dissertation/ project work/ internship reports/ e-labs/ completion of syllabus/ internal assessment/ assignment/ placement drive will be conducted between June 1 and June 15, 2020.

4. The examinations will be conducted between July 1 and July 31, 2020 and results will be declared on July 31, 2020 (for terminal) and August 14, 2020 (for intermediate).

5. Candidates of M.phil and PhD would be given an extension of 6 months for submission of their theses.
