How to Solve a Rubik's Cube.

Solving a Rubik's Cube can seem like an intimidating challenge, but with a bit of practice and patience, anyone can master it! Here's a beginner-friendly guide to get you started on solving this iconic puzzle.

# # # Step 1: Understand the Cube's Structure
The Rubik's Cube consists of six faces, each with a different color. The pieces include center pieces (fixed in place), edge pieces (two colors), and corner pieces (three colors). The center pieces dictate the color of each face when solved.

# # # Step 2: Solving the First Layer
1. **Create a Cross on the White Face**: Start by solving the white cross. Position the white edge pieces around the white center piece so that the adjacent colors match the center pieces of the adjacent faces.
2. **Position the Corners**: Once you have the white cross, solve the white corners. Find the corner piece with a white square and align it so that its other two colors match the centers of the other two faces. Rotate the face with the white piece into place.

# # # Step 3: Solve the Middle Layer
With the first layer solved, focus on the middle layer edges. Position the edge pieces so that the colors match the centers. Use the "Right Hand Algorithm" and "Left Hand Algorithm" to move these pieces into the correct position without disrupting the solved top layer.

# # # Step 4: Solve the Last Layer
1. **Create a Yellow Cross**: Orient the yellow edges to form a cross on the top face. Ignore the corners for now. You may need to use the "F R U R' U' F'" algorithm.
2. **Position the Yellow Corners**: With the yellow cross done, align the yellow corners. If a corner is in the right position but not correctly oriented, use the "R U R' U R U2 R'" algorithm to fix it.
3. **Orient the Corners**: Once the corners are in the right place, rotate them correctly. Use the "U R U' L' U R' U' L" algorithm to cycle the corner pieces.

Adjust any remaining edge pieces to finish solving the cube. The "R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2" algorithm can help position the edges correctly.
