It is a matter of immense pleasure to inform you that we at the Center of Robotics and Machine Intelligence, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, are organizing a 3 Days Workshop on Human Robot Interaction (HRI) during November 24, 2022, to November 26, 2022.
The objective of the workshop are highlighted as follows:

· Building awareness towards Human Robot Interaction.

· To build an understanding about the know-how of robot vision, robot mission planning, and Big Data on Robotics.

· Providing hands-on tutorial sessions, where the participants can experiment with concepts and methods which involves learning of ROS (Robot Operating System), hands-on on Mobile and Humanoid robot simulators and many others.

Human Robot Interaction are the state of the art technologies for building a high degree of automation. With the tremendous advancement of Human Robot Interaction, especially Deep learning, the robots are getting smarter and smarter. Apart from industrial automation, the robots have a potential to help in health care automation, sharing social space with humans with emotion recognition capabilities and help differently-abled persons. The workshop will introduce the participants with the fundamental tools and techniques of the exciting area of Human Robot Interaction. The workshop will also showcase the exciting fields of work and research. Industry personnel shall also demonstrate the industrial applications of robots and the technologies therein. There will be a number of hands-on sessions to grasp the concepts together with invited keynote lectures from premier institutions in India.
