Desired Candidate Profile:
·Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams
·Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills - both verbal and written
·Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and can-do attitude.
·Willing to work extended schedules as needed hours.
·Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously
·Work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment - Time Management and Priority Management
·Should be able to travel across India as & when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
·Manage a wide variety of complex executive administrative activities
·Utilizes extensive knowledge of company operations, policies, and department functions in performing duties, many of which are confidential in nature.
·Enhance reporting manager's effectiveness, often performing a wide variety of tasks such as appointment scheduling, filing, sorting, prepare daily report for review, check emails & answer phone calls.
·Schedule appointments and meetings and closely maintains/optimizes calendar
·Meeting scheduling (both internal and external) locally, On site & off-site
·Participate in the development of communications plans that meet business objectives and priorities.
