Job Summary
As a customer care executive, you would be the first point of contact for our customers.
Leads will be given needs to convince the customer and close the deal.
Flexible to work on targets.
Ensure complete awareness of all new and existing products & services.
Should explain the customers about our services and promote our company.
Generating leads through cold calling and follow-up with customer through calls and mails.
Converts inquiries into prospect by answering inbound telephone calls.
Fresher's are ok but then he/she should be good in communication and willing to work in sales.
Adaptable with Team and environment.
Prepare daily/Weekly reports & share that with respective authorities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Energetic, dynamic with good interpersonal skill.
Fluency in English, Malayalam & Hindi. Any other language known will be added advantage.
Writing skills in English will be added advantage.
Strong listening and convincing skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to achieve customer satisfaction.
