The Seven Sisters are seven beautiful states in the northeastern part of India:
Arunachal Pradesh ποΈ
It is the largest of the Seven Sisters.
It is famous for mountains, forests, and beautiful valleys.
Itanagar is its capital.

Famous for tea gardens and the one-horned rhinoceros.
The mighty Brahmaputra River flows through Assam.
Dispur is its capital.
Meghalaya β
The name Meghalaya means βabode of clouds.β
It is famous for waterfalls and green hills.
Shillong is its capital.

Known for its beautiful Loktak Lake.
It is famous for Ras Lila, a traditional dance.
Imphal is its capital.

A beautiful state with green hills and forests.
Its people are known for their colorful traditions and dances.

Famous for the beautiful Ujjayanta Palace.
It has many green forests and interesting tribal cultures.

Famous for its colorful Hornbill Festival.
