Samsung Galaxy Grand - I9082 after 4 times repaired
Dear Sir, / Madam,
I must not let me down. You already loose your customers, everybody must not buy Samsung Smart Phone at least in my circle as far as your services are concerns.
I don't believe on your services now. I have already services 4 times with chargeable basis.
I will fight my case in all government bodies until I will get proper justice. I show you as many videos, screenshots and other documents. I am taking lots of screenshots every day. If you are using this phone, you also frustrated.
You are telling and advertise wrong thing that "Customer is the best judge and our products are suffering so much test", is it true then why should I have to fight and wasted so much time and efforts for getting justice. It's common sense.
Samsung smart phone is the worst quality phones. I was wasted money 18900 /- bugs for buying last category phone and after sales services.
I am not only person that effect, that millions of people has recognized their mistakes as far as Samsung smart phones.
You don't know your market values of the company and market values of your smart phone market.
If you really care that customer is the best judge that you have to understand and believe on my proofs screenshots as well as video files or receipt and job sheet scan copy.
You are doing your work. I will do my work how to get justice as far as fraud company and company policy is concerns.
Every two or three people think 1000 times before buy Samsung Smart Phone. I will socialize in all social media "Please don't buy Samsung Smart Phone"
Sir, / Madam, you don't know power of customer. The same case happened in other company then you won't able to stand between customer. But India It's take time for getting justice of kind of your companies that playing customer feelings,
I will wait that my last blood comes out.
I also aware that you won't read my mails, you had read or without read you deleted or putting on span folder.
Now I will go all other way for getting justice. I will sure that you can understand customer 's feelings later on.
In future, you will understand that its time to understand that you are not playing customer's feelings any more. You have to stay in the market.
