Everyone in business says they want to "make more sales."
But what does that actually mean?
For a long time, people thought it was about tricks, pressure, and just "closing the deal." That approach is outdated. True sales isn’t about chasing numbers; it’s about making an impact.
I love this simple SALES framework because it reframes the whole process as a service:
✅ Serve with purpose. (Help them, first.)
✅ Ask insightful questions. (Be a diagnostic expert.)
✅ Listen with empathy. (Hear what isn’t being said.)
✅ Explain value clearly. (How will you improve their life?)
✅ Seal with confidence. (Guide them to a mutual solution.)
My goal this week is to focus on that very first 'S'. By focusing on serving the customer’s actual needs, the results take care of themselves. 🏆
The best salesperson in the room is usually the person who is most focused on helping.
What part of the sales process do you think is most overlooked today? 👇
