We've had plenty of internal debates about AI coding tools. Most of them end with, 'it's just autocomplete, relax.'
Then it quietly fixed a CI failure and opened a PR while the team was asleep. That ended the debate quickly.
At we talk a lot about building products faster without compromising quality.
Tools like Claude Code are making that conversation way too real, way too fast.
Agentic AI isn't coming. It's here. The teams are figuring out how to work with it, not just alongside it. The teams that learn to work with agentic AI will build so fast that everyone else will struggle to keep up.
