i have purchased WD Scorpian Blue 1TB Laptop HDD ,in 1 month HDD get faulty & i genrated RAM after 7 working days HDD received but still same that was faulty & i recreate RMA (85778853) its been more then 10 days but still HDD not received , i talk on toll free no some manager SHANTANU , CHrag ,he said he is helping me but nothing happen he committed me delivery of HDD in 4 days but nothing happen so pls dont trust on WD Quality & warranty support all r useless i never buy WD Products & pls never buy , better then WD is TOSHIBA At least service center is in Ahmedabad, WD PRODUCT IS BAD NEVER BUY, SUPPORT IS 3RD CLASS NO 1 IS LISTENING PROBLEMS THEY ALWAYS SAY 1 THING WE KNOW SIR UR SUFFERING BUT I AM TRYING MY BEST (BEEP) BUT THEY DO NOTHING. THIS IS MY REQUEST PLEASE NEVER BUY WD PRODUCTS.
