We are screaming. Dancing. A little bit crying, as Varn, our product variants & swatches app is LIVE on Shopify app store.
The months of relentless hardwork, sleepless nights, seeing the whole team come together and work towards a shared goal is something that we will always be proud of.
Many people saw the finished app show up on the Shopify App Store days after we submitted it. What they didn't see: the weeks where a feature broke the night before we thought we were done. The number of times we scrapped the setup flow and started over. The Gchat messages sent at 2am that were just "ok found it, fixing now."
That's what building actually looks like. Not the highlight reel, the mess before it.
Varn sets up your Shopify color and variant swatches automatically, keeps every color connected across your catalog, and shows you which ones are actually converting. Starter plan is free forever. Zero theme files touched.
We built this because we were tired of watching stores get this wrong. Today, it's yours to try. Link in Bio.
