Live Project Training & Finishing School (Soft Skills) Programmes
Education is often perceived as perfection of technical know - how. But how to put this into effective use has been generally ignored. According to a Stanford Research Institute-Carnegie Melon Foundation Study among Fortune 500 CEO's, 75 percent of long term job success depended on 'people skills' and only 25 percent on technical knowledge. Another Study by the Harvard University found that in 85 percent cases, a job or a promotion happened because of a person's attitude, and only in 15 percent because of how many facts and figures he knew. SSS has developed carefully thought out modules to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to bridge this vital gap, and through them enhance the employment prospects of job aspirants and the career progression potential of working professionals. In our live Project cm Finishing School Programme, not only we cover Technical training area like Java, .Net, PHP, Android, IPhone & PhoneGap Technologies & do the live Project, but also train the students on the business skills like communication, personality development, How to face the interviews, how to prepare & showcase your resume, how to market your profile on social media & Professional networking sites etc. This help our students in gaining confidence & understand the real business world in more practical way so that they can get fit in any business environment in plug & play mode.
