𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.
During 𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 & 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, our CEO had quietly planned a 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 - with a 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱.
A day before 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, he invited 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 to come up on stage. It didn’t matter whether they were part of the ZealousWeb team or attending the event in any other capacity. Every woman in the room was included in the moment.
Soon, the stage was filled with women — a powerful sight in itself.
All of them were 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. A simple gesture, yet one that carried a deeper thought. Because 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 to the journeys around them — through the work they contribute, the encouragement they offer, and the strength they bring to the 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳.
And when that value is acknowledged, and those efforts are appreciated, it becomes 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘆.
What made the moment even more special was the intention behind it. When some women hesitated to come forward, assuming the moment might not be meant for them, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱.
𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗺, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 — 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.
Through this gesture, the event became more than just a celebration.
