Today, we would like to share an important update regarding the ITCG Group Entities.
In November 2020, we established ITCG Technologies LLP as a separate business entity along with Mr. Pratik Shah to pursue new opportunities.
Effective 1st April 2025, ITCG Solutions Private Limited decided to end its ownership in ITCG Technologies LLP. As a result, ITCG Technologies LLP will cease to exist with effect from 30th September 2026. To ensure continuity of its business operations, the LLP is transitioning to a new entity, Goyama SecureTech LLP, which will carry forward its future business activities.
Most importantly, we would like to clarify that this transition relates exclusively to ITCG Technologies LLP only.
It should not be interpreted as any rebranding, merger, restructuring, succession, or any change in the identity of ITCG Solutions Private Limited.
For over 32 years, ITCG Solutions Private Limited has continued to serve its customers and partners with the same commitment, values, and vision. The company remains unchanged in its ownership, identity, business operations, contractual commitments, partnerships, and the ITCG brand.
This post is intended simply to avoid any confusion and ensure that our customers, OEM partners, distributors, vendors, and well-wishers are informed of the distinction between the two entities.
As one chapter concludes, another begins. We wish Goyama SecureTech LLP every success in its independent journey and look forward to seeing it build its own identity.
