At Simprosys, we value continuous learning. Recently, our developers held an internal session on Claude AI and boosting productivity with Claude Code, and we’ve enabled Claude Code Access so the team can explore AI-assisted development hands-on.

The session began with Umang Bhadja , who introduced the Claude ecosystem and how teams can work with it through different interfaces:

• Claude Chat, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork
• Permission rules and lifecycle hooks for managing how AI interacts with project files
• Pencil MCP, connecting design tools with development workflows

Following that, Jasmin Bhesaniya focused on best practices for using Claude Code in app development, covering both productivity gains and practical limitations. Key tools and concepts discussed included:

• Skills for reusable AI capabilities
• React Doctor for analysing code quality and architecture
• Chrome DevTools MCP for AI-assisted browser debugging
• Speech-to-Text tools like WhisperFlow and Handy for dictating prompts and documentation hands-free

We also walked through a live demo showing how these workflows actually work inside a real development environment — because developers trust demos more than slides.

A key takeaway from the session: AI is a powerful assistant, but developers must still review and test all generated code carefully.

Sessions like these help our teams explore how AI can accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering standards.

𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬, from team growth to community engagement and a little competitive spirit beyond work.

At Simprosys, we welcomed 15 𝐏𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬, selected from 700+ 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, who have begun their journey working alongside our teams and gaining hands-on experience with real-world systems.

Meanwhile, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬, bringing fresh perspectives and strengthening the work we are building together.

And to add a little off-field energy, we were proud to come on board as the 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 🏏, celebrating teamwork, sportsmanship, and community spirit outside the workplace.
