ATTENTION! ALERT FOR JOB SEEKERS

Some reputed IT MNC is following ill practices with aspiring college candidates instead of supporting them most in this pandemic year. It has come to light that IT Giant has gone against fair play in the name of progress, a promise of higher pay package, uplifting society and contribution to the Industry to lure youth into their fold.

Many candidates leave smaller companies to participate in open campus interviews organized and marketed by the MNCs on a large scale. Most of them receive a brilliant congratulation message in emails of getting selected, giving a false sense of security and an Offer. Due to which these candidates are encouraged to leave their current employers on false pretexts. As end result, many are still waiting for the Offer letter/Joining dates from the MNC and then got to know that nothing is concrete from the MNC's end and are told they need to wait for many more months. ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git or SVN}}.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Creation of clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Knowledge of WordPress standard coding.
• Developing/modifying custom themes and plug-ins.
• Theme/Template integration.
• Any PHP Programming and frameworks like Laravel, CI will be a plus point.
• Strong in MySQL and MVC Architecture.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure, reusable, and scalable websites and web apps.
• API Integration tools: JSON, XML, and API / RESTful APIs Integrations.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway Integration.
• Knowledge of core customization in website and plug-ins
• Knowledge of WooCommerce plug-in and its core customization.
• Must have experience in WordPress management in developing server-side expertise.
• Should have excellent knowledge of good coding standards.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Should be able to develop custom plug-ins independently and perform Unit testing.
