This deep connection to stories and communication leads us to a core belief. This is why we stand for the fundamental right to free speech. Our words and stories unite us, help us find common ground, and build the communities we call home. These connections form the foundation for creativity, collaboration, and progress. Small businesses follow the same path. We thrive by sharing ideas, solving problems, and building partnerships within our communities to deliver value for all involved.
At the heart of this belief lies the understanding that free speech is vital for a healthy society. Free speech fuels freedom. It’s not about using words to dehumanize or demoralize others, but about safeguarding the liberty to speak, share, and grow. Freedom belongs to everyone—it’s not a privilege for some and a restriction for others. To deny that is the antithesis of true liberty.
Given this, it’s clear why we’re taking a stand today. For years, we’ve been active on Facebook (Meta), but today, Atomic Dumpling is leaving this platform. As Americans, we reject the idea of ostracizing any group within our society. The LGBTQ+ community are just as American as anyone else. Hate has no place in the United States of America, and it has no place in business, no matter what label it hides behind.
