RF Immunity’s cable department specializes in casting and hermetic solutions for cable with connectors for the purpose of strengthening by pulling, sealing to environmental conditions including withstanding against hard materials such as fuels and oils. The customized set (Male+ Female) was strictly designed with a special mechanical shape to be located at accurate match inside the payload slip ring system. The contact arrangement was specially designed for a customer requirement and contains 32 contacts for data (size 22), 4 contacts for power lines (size 20) and one MMCX coaxial contact for the video link. The connectors are Hermetically Sealed to 10-5 cc/sec Helium level.
The connector set is supplied with flexible silicone wires and has a special ability for Hundreds of thousands rotation cycles within a range of +/- 35 ̊.
