I don't use AI to replace my thinking. I use it to sharpen it.

It helps me research more deeply, ask better questions, challenge my own assumptions, and explore dozens of creative territories before my coffee gets cold.
Research is faster. Ideation is richer. Concepts evolve quicker.

But speed isn’t the deliverable. And those insights don't appear by magic. They're the result of carefully designed workflows, clear instructions, the right context, constant iteration, and knowing when to trust or question the output.

AI doesn't replace strategy or creativity. It amplifies them.
The better the human thinking behind the process, the better the work that comes out of it. It’s the designer behind all of it that connects the dots and makes the creative & strategic decision. That's still a human skill, yet amplified with AI for a stronger outcome

AI didn’t replace my work. It removed the part I liked the least.

Before, I’d spend way too much time staring at a blank canvas, trying to figure out where to start. Now I can throw an idea into AI, explore a few different directions, and get moving much faster. That’s the biggest change for me. Not speed, but momentum.

The important part is that quality still depends 100% on you.
It can generate endless ideas, but choosing the right direction still comes down to experience, judgment, and understanding the problem you’re trying to solve.

AI won’t make you a better designer. It just makes the process faster

Behind the scenes of motion design (the things you never notice but always feel)
When our insanely talented motion design team works on motion for a product video, they obsess over the tiny details you’d never think about:

• easing curves that make every transition breathe
• micro-shadows that create depth without calling attention to themselves
• subtle momentum that gives each element weight and intention
• sound design you barely notice - but would absolutely miss if it disappeared

They spend hours upon hours shaping how the entire experience feels.

These are the details that separate a video that feels designed from a video that feels premium, alive, and undeniably intentional.

That’s the secret of great motion design:
You don’t notice the small details. You feel them.

I’ve always been curious about more than just design. Research, storytelling, content, systems, motion, development… most projects end up touching a bit of everything.

AI hasn’t changed what I do, but it has changed how I work.
It helps me research faster, explore more ideas, and spend less time on repetitive tasks. That gives me more time for the parts I enjoy most: thinking, experimenting, and refining the details.

What I appreciate most isn’t the speed itself. It’s having more room to explore before committing to a direction. When research takes less time, I can test more ideas and connect different disciplines in ways I probably wouldn’t have before.

The goal is still the same: create work that’s clear, functional, and creative.
AI just gives me more space to focus on the parts of the process I enjoy the most.

Several months ago, we participated in Tal's Product Makers workshop for our studio team, and it had a real impact on how we operate today.

Tal introduced us to Lovable and helped us understand how to practically integrate it into our workflow, not just as a tool, but as a new way of building. Since then, we’ve been using it to create client websites with tailored backends, as well as internal tools and lightweight apps.

Beyond the tool itself, the workshop opened the door for us to go deeper into product thinking and hands-on development. It gave the team the confidence to start working closer to code, and later expand into more advanced workflows, including working with AI tools like Claude.

One of the strongest signals for me as a founder was seeing how much the team genuinely connected to this. I get messages almost daily from team members sharing what they’re building, not just for work, but also in their personal lives. Things like platforms for their vet, tools for their kids, and all kinds of products they just decided to create on their own. That level of curiosity and initiative didn’t exist before in the same way.

What stood out most was Tal’s ability to make this shift accessible and actionable for a design team: bridging the gap between design and development in a very practical way.

Turning thought into reality:
We’ve all had those ideas that are crystal clear in our minds, but the time it takes to execute can sometimes slow down the momentum.

Lately, my workflow has shifted. I’ve started using AI not just to speed things up, but as a bridge between my imagination and the final product. Instead of getting bogged down in the mechanics, I can now bring the exact platforms, complex systems, and even dynamic video animations I envision to life, faster and with full control over the design.

It takes the heavy lifting out of the process, leaving us free to focus on what really makes the design great: the strategy, the user, and the vision.

We’ve been investing in a shift.
Our UI/UX team recently completed a hands-on course focused on designing and building products using AI, with a full workflow from Figma to working product using Claude.

🚀 This is one of several steps we’re taking to evolve - from designing screens to shaping real products.

We learned how to:
➡️ Translate design into working logic
➡️ Use AI to accelerate development workflows
➡️ Bridge the gap between design and front-end ex*****on

Less back-and-forth.
More ownership.
Faster product thinking.

Big thanks to Daniel Boaron for the course.

A few months ago, we invested in a professional Product Makers training for our product designers.
It wasn’t driven by a client request.
It wasn’t urgent.
And it definitely wasn’t the easiest investment to justify in the short term.
But waiting until something becomes “necessary” usually means you’re already behind.
The goal wasn’t just to improve UX/UI skills.
It was to expand how we think about products altogether -
decision-making, experimentation, AI-driven workflows, and building faster and smarter.
Most designers didn’t study AI or modern product workflows during their formal education.
The industry changed faster than the curriculum.
The training didn’t change anyone’s title overnight.
But it changed how our studio works -
and how people grow inside it.

Anastassia, one of our senior designers, is relocating with her family to Slovenia.
The interesting part isn’t that we’ll keep working together.
That feels obvious.
What’s interesting is why it feels obvious.
Clarity beats proximity.
Ownership beats supervision.
Good systems beat good intentions.
When someone moving countries feels like a crisis,
the problem usually isn’t distance.
It’s management.

Faster ≠ Better. Better → Faster.
Everyone’s talking about how AI makes everything faster.
But here’s the real plot twist we keep seeing at the studio:

👉 AI works beautifully only when the brand foundation is solid.
Clear story. Strong visual language. Thoughtful system.
Without that, AI just produces… noise.

We’re seeing this firsthand while creating a video for a newly branded client (InfrOS).
Because the brand identity is so tight - rich concept, cohesive visuals - we generated almost the entire storyboard with AI in hours, not days.

Why did it work?
Because AI didn’t have to guess.
The foundation already told it what “good” looks like.

Now we’re just polishing scenes and stitching everything together - the fun part.

So no, AI doesn’t replace strong design.
Strong design unlocks AI.
