We are looking for a Fullstack Team Leader for our team.
We are looking for a talented product oriented team leader with solid full stack background to take responsibility for developing Advanced Cloud based security and management platforms. As a team leader you will participate in leading and developing in a team of highly skilled and talented people working together in agile development methodologies. Your team will be developing state of the art, high scale SaaS security and management products.
** The position is open to both men and women.
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Leading a development team in agile environment
Rapidly deliver high quality, scalable, enterprise ready SaaS applications
Measure, analyze, and improve existing software to enhance performance and functionality
Research and suggest new technologies to improve scale and performance
Work closely with other groups and stakeholders to manage requirements and priorities
Your Knowledge & Skills:
BA/BSc in Computer Science from a known university or equivalent
Good understanding of CI/CD and large scale infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure
Great product understanding, ability to gather requirements transferring them to features/user stories
10+ years of experience in the design of large, distributed software systems
5+ years leading a full stack development team in agile methodologies
Experience with code review , design review
Solid understanding of cloud system architecture
At least 2+ years professional experience in Node.JS development
5+ years of development with JavaScript preferably with advanced frontend technologies (such as React.js)
Advantages:
