When you're only responsible for a few sites, you can keep every setting in your head. Once that grows to dozens or hundreds of assets, across different manufacturers, it gets genuinely hard to know what any given unit is actually running, let alone change it without visiting.

Galooli's X-Ray configuration management tool solves that by putting every asset's configuration in one place, no matter the brand or site. Set your standard once and push it to every matching device in one action, instead of adjusting units one by one. Spot a misconfigured asset and fix it remotely from the same interface, no truck roll needed.

X-Ray also scans the whole network daily. So when a setting drifts, say after a power blip or a quick, undocumented fix during a callout, it gets caught and corrected automatically. Every asset stays at the configuration you meant it to run, across the whole fleet.

When a storm knocks out grid power, your mobile generators are already rolling out. But do you know exactly where each one is right now? How it's running? Whether it's actually keeping that site up?

For mobile and rental generator fleets, those answers usually live in three different places: a GPS ping, a fuel log, a phone call from whoever's on site.

Galooli puts them in one view. Track each generator's location and movement as you mount, move, and redeploy it. See its fuel, runtime, and health while it works, and how it's actually affecting the site it's plugged into, not just whether it's switched on.

Then act on what you see. With Remote Control, start or stop a generator, adjust its settings, or trigger automated switching logic, all from wherever you are.

For fleet operators, that means fewer wasted trips and faster calls on which unit goes where next. For TowerCos and enterprises managing emergency power across dozens or hundreds of sites, it means knowing your response is working, not hoping it is.

A scattered fleet doesn't have to mean scattered visibility. Talk to us about managing your mobile generator fleet with Galooli: https://galooli.com/contact-us/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=mobile-generator-management&utm_content=facebook-post

$600K in annual savings. 25% less generator runtime. That's what Galooli delivered for one telecom operator across 1,500+ off-grid sites, entirely remotely.

Results like that come from actually knowing where a fleet is losing money, and being able to fix it without rolling a truck.

Every fleet's math is different: sites, generators, batteries, solar, fuel costs, and site visits all factor in. Imagine what Galooli could save on yours.

Nothing was broken. That's exactly why nobody caught it for so long.

At one telecom operator running roughly 5,000 sites, air conditioning was kicking in too early at site after site, while the free-cooling fans right next to it sat underused. Energy was going to waste, quietly, at scale.

Galooli's real-time monitoring spotted the pattern. Instead of dispatching technicians to each site, the team pushed a remote, over-the-air change to the AC's trigger settings, no site visits, no new hardware.

The result: a 33% average reduction in cooling energy consumption, zero site visits needed to implement the fix, less AC compressor cycling for a longer equipment lifecycle, and no capital spend on external cooling controllers.

That's Climate Systems Management: AC, free cooling, heating, and any combination of climate equipment, from any manufacturer, monitored, analyzed, and adjusted remotely when something's off.

Shared tower sites and co-located facilities usually bill each tenant off an estimate, since the site only has one utility meter for everyone. That guesswork costs operators real revenue.

Galooli fixes this by metering energy use tenant by tenant, not just site by site. Towercos can bill each mobile network operator on a site for what they actually used. ESCOs and power-as-a-service providers can bill multiple clients from one platform, all backed by real data instead of a shared-site estimate.

Galooli also produces a tenant overage billing report, so operators and tenants both see the same numbers when a tenant goes over its allocated load, no arguing over whose numbers are right.

It all runs on one hardware-agnostic platform that connects to any energy asset, from any manufacturer, giving operators a single view of every site.

When the grid drops, a hospital, a telecom tower, or a data center can't just wait it out. Most sites already have generators, batteries, or hybrid systems on standby for this exact scenario. But having the equipment isn't the same as knowing it'll actually work when it's called on. A generator that hasn't been tested, or a battery quietly losing capacity in the background, can fail right when critical infrastructure needs it most.

The real answer starts before the outage: predictive, AI-driven monitoring flags degradation and failure risk early, so problems get caught in advance instead of discovered mid-crisis. And if something does go wrong while the grid is down, remote control means you can step in directly, adjust settings, fix faults, and keep the site running, no matter whose hardware is on site.

Staying up isn't about what backup equipment you own. It's about knowing it'll work, and being able to prove it.

"Batteries die early and we don't know why."

That's the reality for a lot of operators running distributed battery fleets: generator rental companies, ESCOs, hybrid and microgrid operators, telecom backup power teams. Across hundreds of batteries spread over dozens or hundreds of sites, failure stays invisible right up until it isn't. A site goes down. A battery needs replacing years before it should. Nobody saw it coming, and there's no clear pattern to point to afterward.

There's nothing wrong with running a large, mixed battery fleet, whatever the brands or ages involved. What's missing is visibility into how each battery is actually aging.

Galooli tracks state of health, state of charge, voltage, and load continuously, across any manufacturer, and turns that into a degradation trend you can actually watch. Instead of finding out a battery failed, you see it weakening months before it does, with time to plan a replacement instead of react to one.

ESCOs and Power-as-a-Service providers running distributed backup power know the drill: clients want uptime proof, and a lot of that reporting still gets pulled together by hand after someone asks. But reporting isn't really the hard part. The hard part is catching trouble before a client's power goes out in the first place.

That's the piece Galooli actually solves. Predictive monitoring spots a failing battery, a fuel issue, or a misconfigured unit early, and remote control lets your team fix it from anywhere, no truck roll needed, no matter whose hardware is on site. That's what keeps the SLA intact.

And once uptime is protected, proving it takes no extra work. Real-time tracking, per site and per client, sitting in a white-label dashboard your clients can log into themselves. No more digging up reports when someone asks.

A technician drives out because an alarm fired, and finds nothing a reboot couldn't have fixed. That's the real cost of an unnecessary truck roll: fuel, hours, and a technician pulled away from a job that actually needed one. As field service teams shrink, "did this trip need to happen" is the question worth asking before every dispatch.

This year, remote monitoring for generators and batteries has stopped being a vendor pitch and become the industry standard: track assets remotely, catch problems before they become failures, cut OPEX.

That convergence is actually a good sign. It means the industry has stopped debating whether remote monitoring matters and started competing on how well it's done.

Which raises the real question: does the platform just flag the anomaly, or does it fix it?

At Galooli, our AI Analyst spots the pattern, a load imbalance, a degrading battery, a fuel drop, before it becomes a failure. Then the platform acts on it directly: adjusting configurations and resolving faults remotely, without a site visit, regardless of which hardware is installed. In deployments where this plays out at scale, that's translated to a 45% reduction in site visits.

Foresight without action is still just a dashboard. Ours does both.
