Now with VR that is possible. VIrtU VR teamed up again with Viewpoint to create a virtual real estate experience for the Wave project in Netania Ir Yamim.
3 apartments are available to visit. You can walk around and enjoy the beautiful ocean vista.
This marks the second successful large real estate project we have launched, with many more to come.

One of the biggest real estate projects in Tel Aviv is the Gindi TLV compound in Hashmonaim and Karlebach streets.
We teamed up with Viewpoint to recreate the beautiful and luxurious Love Tel Aviv building future rooftop - an amazing space on top of Israel's bustling metropolin - with an Infinity Pool, full bar, lounge area and gym.
Why recreate it, you ask? Because we wanted to let people actually experience it. We created the whole Rooftop in a Virtual Simulation, so you can walk around, enjoy the night view, sit on the bar and have a drink, or just warm up by the pool fireplace.
You can experience it for yourself in the Gindi TLV sales office in Hashmonaim Tower.

This is a project we collaborated on with with the talented Ron Alon and his Archviz Studio.
This Showroom is already up and running in Yigal Alon st. in Tel Aviv, and is one of the most impressive i have seen.
In this project we aimed at showing how a large space can be represented and moved through in real time, and the level of interactivity and the merits of having a virtual showroom.

This is a project we worked on and showcased in VR in November.
The goal of the project was to create a mausoleum style structure that will be both efficient and stylized. The project was presented in VR to an audience in an orthodox Jewish cemeterial convention and demonstrated the benefits of architectural design in an otherwise style barren common approach.
Most of the audience were religious orthodox so it was a challenge and a great opportunity to bring vr to a community so far apart from this kind of tech.
The demo was welcomed with amazement and awe by those who have tried it.

״שדה המכפלה״ הוא פרוייקט מיוחד שעשינו בשיתוף עם האדריכל המוכשר צחי לוינסקי. המטרה הייתה לייצר הדמיה של מבנה קבורה בעיצוב ארכיטקטוני חדש ומרשים, שייתן הרגשה נעימה למבקרים תוך שמירה על כבוד והתייחדות.
ההדמייה הוצגה במציאות מדומה ו-וידאו למשתתפים בכנס עולמי של חברות הקדישא שהתקיים בנובמבר. המשתתפים סיירו וירטואלית במבנה הגדול המשתרע על 1.7 דונם רבוע והתרשמו מהעיצוב והתכנון.
