Halloween is 16 days away, and it's the dress rehearsal for Black Friday.

Every feed is about to fill up with the same orange, the same pumpkins, the same spooky font. When every brand reaches for the same seasonal toolkit, the creative stops being seen.

We watched it happen on July 4th: 86% of brands fell into a sea of sameness, and most hero assets fatigued in about 8 days.

Halloween runs on the same rules, just faster:
→ Pick one seasonal cue, not five. Let your product carry the frame.
→ Plan the refresh before you launch. One creative wave won't last the whole window.
→ Treat it as a test. What wins on October 31 tells you what to scale for November 27.

Black Friday is 44 days away. For most teams, the creative locks in the next couple of weeks.

That's the uncomfortable window: assets approved, budgets committed, and no live data yet on which version will carry the biggest week of the year.

You don't have to find out with spend.

Preflight Plus scores every creative before launch, per platform, and tells you which elements to fix. Preflight Plus Performance goes a step further and weights the score with your own account history, so the verdict is about your buyers, not a generic rulebook.

Alison.ai won Best Use of AI in Creative Industries, Media & Advertising at The 2026 A.I. Awards, run by The Cloud Awards.

As James Williams, CEO of The Cloud Awards, put it: "Alison.ai impressed the judges with its intelligent approach to one of advertising's most persistent challenges: understanding what makes creative content perform."

The Creative Genome breaks every ad into the elements that drive its results, built on more than 12 million creatives analyzed. Teams use it to score creatives before launch, catch fatigue while campaigns run, and decide what to make next.

Thank you to the judges, and to the clients and partners who trust us with their creative.

It's mid-October. If you're running Travel Tuesday creative, this is the week to cut.

Our Travel Tuesday playbook set one checkpoint for exactly now: by mid-October the winners are obvious, so the weakest half of your concepts should already be off.

Why this week matters:
→ October is still the cheapest testing window of Q4.
→ CPMs climb from here, about 33.5% higher by December 1 than in October.
→ Every concept you keep running "just to see" is budget that belongs behind a winner.

Cut the bottom half. Put the spend behind what's working. Then plan the refresh, because creative that launches November 1 is fatigued by December 1, and a 48-hour refresh recovers up to 87% of peak CTR.

Are broad "all-in-one" value props secretly draining your LinkedIn ad budget right before Q4?

Our latest Alison AI Creative Intelligence Report breaks down why high click-through rates might actually be hiding a severe lead quality problem-and how shifting to pain-point cost visualizations can instantly boost your Lead-to-MQL conversions by +34%.

Inside you'll find:
- The High Clicks / Low CVR Trap: Why aspirational headers like "The Ultimate All-in-One Platform" are attracting mid-level browsers instead of economic buyers (+54% CPQL).
- 3 High-Performing Elements: How Workflow Friction Cost Calculations and 4-Slide PDF Carousels are outperforming static UI banners by up to +41% in pipeline influence.
- 4-Slide Smart Brief: A ready-to-use creative blueprint for your next campaign sprint.

Your Meta budget didn't shrink this year. Your buying power did.

Meta's own filings show the average price per ad rose 12% year over year in both Q1 and Q2 of 2026. Run the math on a flat budget and you're buying roughly 10.7% fewer impressions than you were a year ago.
Nobody announced this. There was no policy update, no migration email. Just a quieter, more crowded auction every quarter.
Here is the uncomfortable part: you cannot out-bid inflation. When everyone pays 12% more for the same auction, everyone's media efficiency drops together.

The only variable that breaks the tie is how hard each impression works.
That is a creative problem, not a media problem:
→ Which hook holds attention past the first half second?
→ Which visual elements actually drive CTR for your audience?
→ Which variants are fatiguing right now, quietly burning spend?

Teams that answer these questions with data enter every auction with an edge the 12% cannot touch. Teams that answer with gut feel just took a 12% pay cut.

So, where is your team making up the difference: bigger budgets or better creative?

28/09/2026

Your Travel Tuesday creative might already be dead by Black Friday.
Travel Tuesday now drives about 3.5x the bookings of an average day. But most travel brands launch their holiday creative on November 1st, and by the time December 1st arrives, those ads are fatigued, CTR is sliding and CPMs have climbed around 33.5% since October.

In our latest video-podcast episode, we break down how to make sure your creative survives the battle:
📅 Why October is your cheapest testing window, and why the weakest half of your concepts should be cut by mid-October
🔄 How a 48-hour refresh can recover up to 87% of peak CTR
🎯 What actually converts on December 1st: named destinations, specific prices and real deadlines beat generic wanderlust every time
If you run paid media for a travel brand, this one's your playbook for the biggest booking day of the year.

The runway to Travel Tuesday opened this week, and if that sounds dramatic for a Tuesday in December, consider: it is now the biggest booking day in travel, bigger than Cyber Monday per McKinsey, at 3.5x a normal day per Hopper.

Here is what week 1 looks like for the brands that will win it: launch wave one now, three concepts per platform, destination-specific from the first frame.
Auctions are still at pre-holiday prices, which makes the next three weeks the cheapest learning of the quarter.
By mid-October the winners are obvious. By November, testing gets expensive. By Cyber Week, it is too late to learn anything.

🏆 Finalist. Twice.

A few weeks ago we told you Alison AI was shortlisted at the 2026 A.I. Awards.
Today we get to say something even better: we made it to the finals, in two categories:
-AI Startup of the Year
-Best Use of AI in Creative Industries, Media and Advertising

Getting this far means a panel of judges looked at hundreds of AI companies and decided creative intelligence belongs at the top table. We could not agree more.

To our team: this is your obsession with the details, paying off. To our customers: thank you for trusting us with the question every marketer asks - why does this creative work?

See the full list of finalists here: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0yvRy80

Winners are announced soon. Until then, we will be doing what we always do: turning creative data into performance.
