The internet is no longer a nice-to-have; it's an at-home necessity that needs to work properly, just like running water and electricity. While the discussion about speed is important, there's a lot more than just speed that goes into providing a good quality of experience for internet subscribers. To deliver and support real-time applications like conferencing, gaming, telemedicine, etc., CSPs need to shift their focus from speed to service reliability in order to fulfill the connectivity needs of not just rural Americans, but people in rural areas around the globe.

Boosting customer satisfaction begins with transforming your customer care approach into a holistic one that includes reactive, proactive, and self-care.
