תלפיות הייטק הינו פרויקט ההכשרה מהפכני בעולם הייטק מאת חברת הייפראקטיב הייטק. התוכנית התחילה בשנת 1998 ומאפשרת לכל מועמד בעל פוטנציאל להיכנס לעולם הייטק בתפקידי פיתוח שונים.
התכנית מבטיחה לכל מועמד תוכנית הכשרה ותעסוקה מותאמת אישית למיצוי הפוטנציאל שלו בקריירה ופיתוח בתעשיית ההייטק. התוכנית מכשירה אנשים בלי רקע למפתחים בעלי יכולת גבוהה בתחומי התמחות רבים, בממוצע של 2000 שעות אקדמיות. לאחר סיום ה
