Excitement filled the air as the 10th-grade students at Ramon High School in Petah-Tikva, Israel, got to experience the future of technology during an informative lecture on satellites, video streaming, edge computing, and 5G.
Leading the charge was our very own Aviv Ronai, who delivered a captivating presentation on NOVELSAT's video pilot and the innovative technologies involved.
But the learning didn't stop there. Thanks to the support of our valued partners סלקום Cellcom and SES, the students had the opportunity to see our innovative edge-based media delivery solution in action.
This was a truly unforgettable experience for the students and a shining example of the power of collaboration between industry leaders.

Thrilling update on our video pilot!
We've taken our solution to the streets, testing it in real-world scenarios and delivering high-quality video content to multiple devices in a street restaurant and in a car.

Our edge-based media delivery solution demonstrated its capabilities, providing seamless video streaming and showcasing the potential of our technology.

We're grateful to have had the support of our partners סלקום Cellcom, SES, the משרד התקשורת Israel Ministry of Communications - משרד התקשורת and Israel Innovation Authority רשות החדשנות, in bringing this innovative solution to life.

The attached video shows the setup of the tests in a car and a street restaurant, highlighting the versatility of our solution.

Exciting news! Our video pilot with סלקום is now live!
We partnered with Ramon High School, in Petah-Tikva, Israel, to set up the trial and offer students a hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.
Our solution combines 5G, satellite, edge computing, and video technologies to deliver high-quality video content to any device. This pilot showcases our ability to deliver high-quality CellcomTV services to TVs, laptops, and smartphones, over Cellcom's mobile network, with SES providing the satellite capacity for the trial.
The attached photos showcase the lab set up in a classroom and the cell tower that enables the 5G connectivity.
We're proud to be at the forefront of this innovation and look forward to seeing the full results of this.
