We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for sourcing leads and crafting sales opportunities for further development and closure.

What you’ll do:

* Engage leads through a mix of emails, cold calls, conferences and networking
* Build relationships with prospects and customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs and requirements
* Work with the company’s CRM system to drive and maintain the sales pipeline
* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
* Set, meet and exceed sales conversion, outreach goals, margin goals and revenue objectives

We look for:

* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn and develop as a professional
* Solid problem-solving, time management and consultative skills
* Passion for technology
* One or more years experience in a sales role from a technology company – a big advantage
* BA/BS degree or equivalent - an advantage
* English – full proficiency
