Role Description
As an R&D Manager, you will be leading the development cycle of the new services and products of our global offering. This includes design, architecture, research, planning, implementing new technologies and strategic planning of various products. You will oversee the team's roadmap, manage the development life cycle, static and dynamic code analysis, security standard understanding and ensure quality delivery in-time.

Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business needs.
3+ years of experience in a senior managerial position
Building development teams.
Monitoring productivity of development teams.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in:
IT Infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years’ supporting cloud-based infrastructure.
Cloud in-depth understanding, Architecture, and design: Azure Cloud / Azure DevOps /Private Cloud /Hybrid Cloud solutions/ integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/ delivery models.
Architecting public cloud solutions, performing cloud service maps, TCO analysis, and security.
Deep understanding and experience with Microsoft ecosystem - .NET Core / MSSQL /Azure Cloud / Azure DevOps / Visual Studio.
Experience as a software developer building Web APIs, Mobile & Desktop Apps, SaaS applications.
Experience developing in C++

Development based AI technologies.
Experience with VB6.
Experience in Jira, Confluence.
