On Sunday MindAd Media’s team had a volunteering day! We visited Kaima - an organic farm in Bet Zayit. Their unique mission is to help young people who have dropped out of school or are on the cusp of doing so, as well as young adults (ages 18-21) whose challenges continue into young adulthood.

Job spec:

You will manage our user acquisition activities on Facebook and create new effective methods to improve our ROI and directly influence our company performance and growth.

Responsibilities:
• Create, develop and implement effective paid campaign strategies.
• Execute and optimize multiple campaigns on multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Analyze and scale campaigns based on KPIs.
• Conduct various A/B tests on different parameters to improve results.
• Test and discover insights to assist our growth plans.
• Think creatively on ways to manage user journey, improve landing pages and more.

Skills:
• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, economics, math – advantage!
• Super analytical, data-driven and comfortable around numbers, passionate, curious, independent, tech-savvy and a team-player.
• High level of English (reading / writing) – must
• Experience in PPC on Facebook/Native platforms – advantage!

General Job Description:
We are in search of an analytical and service-oriented candidate to join our team. The PPC Account Manager will handle the day to day analysis and optimization of the campaigns in order to increase profit and will manage direct communication with MindAd International partners.
The relevant platforms are Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Native and more.

The role also includes:
o Campaign management – manage campaigns across all biggest platforms, oversee campaigns on a day to day basis, performance analysis, technical support, reporting and dashboards maintenance, etc.
o Global Partners’ account management – A-Z account management & daily partners support
o Established and maintain strong relationships with MindAds’ global partners

Qualifications & Skills:
o Prior experience in PPC campaign Management, Google & Facebook platforms are a big advantage
o Mandatory: Advanced Excel skills
o Mandatory: English as mother tongue
o Must be service-oriented, details oriented and organized.
o Ability to work under pressure
o Creative thinking, creative problem solving
o The position requires high availability and quick responsivity
o Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
o Independent and ability to lead and take ownership
o Graduated with analytical B.A degree
