עוד שבוע של עשייה, תוצאות והכנות להזדמנויות הבאות בנגב ובגליל! 📈
השבוע המשכנו לקדם מהלכים בשטח, לחזק קשרים עם מעסיקים ושותפים ולהיערך לקראת שנת הפעילות החדשה, עם לא מעט דברים טובים שכבר קורים מאחורי הקלעים. הנה טעימה ממה שעשינו:
🚀 מייצרים צמיחה לעסקים בגליל: תוכנית "עסק בצמיחה" נכנסה לשלב היישום. מתוך 33 בקשות שהוגשו, נבחרו 15 בעלי עסקים שיקבלו ייעוץ אישי וממוקד בתחומי השיווק, הפיתוח העסקי והפיננסים. מכאן מתחילים להפוך את הידע והכלים לצמיחה אמיתית בשטח.
💼 ממשיכים לייצר תוצאות בגיוס: קמפיין הגיוס לג'וניורים עבור חברת Genpact הסתיים עם 52 משרות שכבר אוישו. במקביל, קיימנו יום ראיונות בחברת מול ההר פרויקטים ואנחנו ממשיכים לקדם ימי ראיונות נוספים ולחבר בין מועמדים למעסיקים ברחבי הגליל.
🤝 מרחיבים את רשת השותפים והחיבורים: המשכנו לחזק את הנוכחות של מרכז לאודר לתעסוקה גליל באקוסיסטם האזורי, עם חיבורים ל־i4Valley, שותפות במיטאפ "חידושים ברפואה", וקידום יוזמות חדשות בתחומי היין והתעשייה.
🤖 מתכוננים לעולם העבודה של המחר: אנחנו שותפים בקידום כנס משאבי האנוש האזורי השנתי בתפן, שיתקיים השנה בסימן "כשתעשייה פוגשת AI", וממשיכים לבנות תוכן ומפגשים שיחברו בין מעסיקים, חדשנות והון אנושי.
🎓 מכינים את הקרקע לשנת הלימודים: גם בנגב אנחנו כבר עם הפנים קדימה. לקראת פתיחת שנת הלימודים אנחנו מתכננים מפגשים, סדנאות ופעילויות שיחזקו את המוכנות התעסוקתית של סטודנטים וצעירים, לצד הרחבת החשיפה להזדמנויות תעסוקה וחיזוק שיתופי הפעולה עם מעסיקים.
העשייה שלנו לא נעצרת בין אירוע לאירוע. אנחנו ממשיכים לבנות את החיבורים, התשתיות וההזדמנויות שייצרו השפעה גם בחודשים הקרובים.

Another week of opportunities, connections, and meaningful impact across the Negev and Galilee! 📈
This week, we continued working closely with employers, local authorities, and partners across the Negev and Galilee, identifying needs on the ground and turning them into meaningful opportunities for the region’s talent. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to:
🚀 Creating new opportunities for junior talent in the North: Together with Genpact, we are leading a major regional recruitment initiative for more than 50 new junior positions in Northern Israel. We are already seeing results, with the first hires in place, including junior candidates from Israel’s Arab community, as part of a dedicated initiative to expand opportunities and promote diverse talent in quality employment.
🤝 Strengthening partnerships across the Galilee: In the Eastern Galilee, we met with Shimrit Assor from the Eastern Galilee Cluster to advance regional initiatives and deepen our existing partnerships. In the Jordan Valley, we met with Dr. Pavel Tifonov from Zemach Group to discuss the group’s recruitment needs and explore additional opportunities to connect academic talent with employers.
💼 Opening doors to careers in the Negev: We held two interview days with leading companies. TOPGUM recruited for engineering, maintenance, and production control positions, while Miptagon's recruitment process opened opportunities for electrical engineering technicians to join major projects in Southern Israel. Another step toward connecting local talent with high-quality career opportunities.
🏢 Connecting local authorities with the employment ecosystem: We were pleased to host Sha’ul Hageg, Head of the Merhavim Regional Council, at the Lauder Employment Center in the Negev for a working meeting focused on the Center’s activities and ways to strengthen employment services for local residents. Collaboration between local authorities, employers, and organizations working on the ground is key to building a strong regional employment ecosystem.
💡 Driving innovation in the Western Galilee: We continued advancing plans for a regional innovation center that will connect employers, employment, local authorities, and additional partners, creating a new platform for collaboration and opportunities across the region.
Two regions, different needs, one shared goal: connecting the right people with the right employers and the right opportunities.
