Hey all! Well this is exciting! To complete the picture of everything we have been doing over the years, we are happy to finally present our Wave Editor.
Built on the same app chassis as DevOcean and utilizing code, concepts, DSP and other paradigms from Sound Creator Suite, DevOcean and other internal tools.
The idea is to bring together UX flows we appreciate from other editors, but also to bridge gaps - when creating our own samples we often switch between editors during different steps of the process and this app aims to first of all put a stop to that, with us internally as the first customer 🙂
It is streamlined, it doesn't do "everything ever possible by a wave editor" (e.g. no it does not have SCSI to connect to your AKAI S900, and it can not rip your Alanis CDs to wav). It aims to be fast, direct, easy to work with, zero bloat, get in, do the job and get out. It will of course grow, the beta doesn't have everything we envision yet.
It does have modern features and advanced workflows - stuff like finding loops, transient regions, lots of dsp and fx etc. The mpst fun part is the dual UX modes that work very well in tandem - canvas mode and focus mode.
You can grab it from 60% off beta price and join the fun https://oceanswift.net/product/wave-editor/ , the demo is fully functional same as DevOcean with no saving, and just activate the beta once you want it.
