Reopened under new ownership after being closed for the past two years, the store has been warmly welcomed back by the local community. As the only store in the village, its return has been met with fantastic support from local customers. 🛒

Family owned and operated, Grennan’s offers groceries, a deli, off licence and sweet treats, as well as an ATM, providing a valuable service right in the heart of the community. 🍦

What have we learned from onboarding 50+ Irish retailers this year?

Changing EPOS can feel like a big step for any retailer. From our experience so far this year, one thing is clear: the smoother the preparation, the smoother the go-live.

Pre-installation onboarding gives retailers a chance to get familiar with the system, understand what to expect and prepare their team before installation day.

But it’s not just about the technology. Good communication, staff involvement and giving retailers time to prepare all make a difference.

We’ve shared some of the lessons our team has noted from more than 50 onboardings so far this year.
