Exciting times for Curraghmore Whiskey, Three new Cask Releases and their Inaugural Release is still available but stocks are running low.

Exciting News! We're delighted to share that we'll be releasing three new single cask whiskeys.

Each of these has been matured in one of the casks that, together, harmonised our inaugural release. Below are the details of the flavour profiles you can expect from each cask.

Dive in to learn about the individual flavour profiles that together harmoniously marry to form our Inaugural Release curated by the one and only Noel Sweeney.

Savour each cask:

European Oak Oloroso Sherry Cask: European Oak is renowned for its tight grain, which imparts a rich and robust flavour to our whiskey. When previously used for Oloroso sherry, the cask adds a delightful complexity, introducing notes of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

French Virgin Oak Cask: French Oak is celebrated for its fine grain and rich tannins, which contribute to a smooth mouthfeel. Virgin oak means the wood hasn't been used to age any spirit before, allowing the whiskey to absorb all its natural flavours, adding hints of vanilla and toasted caramel.

Ex-Bourbon Cask: Bourbon casks, made from American White Oak, are known for their sweet and light characteristics. They introduce flavours of vanilla, coconut, and a hint of citrus to the whiskey.

Together, they create a whiskey experience that we feel is unparalleled in our inaugural release. Dive into the future of the Curraghmore Whiskey legacy and savour the art of collecting all our future bottles as they are released.
