LET'S TALK ABOUT BUMS 🍑
(...bums on seats, to be specific)
🍑 This year, we're challenging those of you who can*, to fill every empty seat in your car, with a bum.
🍑 If every vehicle coming to Shambala contained four bums, the festival's emissions would be reduced by over 200tonnes of CO2e.
🍑 It also means you get to share petrol and parking costs - and make new friends on route.
(*We understand not everyone is able to do this, but if you can, please do!)
Here's what you need to do:
1. Head to the Festival Liftshare page, here: https://liftshare.com/uk/account
2. Sign up with your email address (or Facebook if you prefer) - note, if you already have a Liftshare account and are already signed in, you have to sign out and sign in again on the specific link above, to get it to work. No idea why but let's go with it.
3. Open the authentication email
4. Go back to the Festival Liftshare page and scroll all the way down to 'Join the Festival Community'
5. Click 'Add a journey' (you can pick if you're offering a lift, or looking for one)
6. Type your origin of travel
7. And finally, type 'Shambala Festival' into the destination box - it will say 'no results for Shambala Festival' but if you scroll down all the results, we are actually there - find us and click us!
8. The rest is pretty self explanatory - go forth, and fill your car with bums!
