AI can build you a website in minutes. It can't tell you if it actually works.
I walked past a restaurant recently with a site that was clearly AI built. Looked great at first. Then I started clicking, buttons that did nothing, a mobile view that cut off half the content, and a QR code outside that led to "site doesn't exist."
Looking right and working right aren't the same thing. And most people building it themselves (or having it handed off) have no way to catch that before it's live.
