Did you know if you misplace your phone,there is a feature that you can set up,in order to help you locate it.
It shows you the phones last or current location.

On apple devices

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name
Then tap Find My.
If you want friends and family to know where you are, turn on Share My Location.
Tap Find My [device], then turn on Find My [device].
Also select find my network, this means your phone can still be located even if offline, or power reserve mode.

On Android devices.

Go to settings.
Tap your Samsung Account on the top of the menu.
Go to 'Find My Mobile'.
Turn 'Allow this phone to be found' Switch On. Next. selected 'settings' icon. selected Samsung account. selected 'Find My Mobile'. Turn 'Allow this phone to be found' Switch On.

Internet down? unsure if only you or surrounding area, if possible turn on mobile data(3G) and check the website https://downdetector.ie then scroll through the list and find your service provider,here you will see how many people have reported faults and also have the option to report a fault. It doesn’t state restoration time but it gives you real time information via a graph if there is a fault.

Hi,
Do you need in person help setting up a new device for Christmas? or maybe have you been having trouble with something technical related,such as backing up photos,transferring content to a new phone etc.

The following is an example of what I can help you with,but if your issue is not listed please email me and I will see what I can do.

My strength is definitely apple products, so anything from Iphones to Ipad’s,the only apple product I don’t have a huge amount of knowledge with,is the Imac,but I am familiar with laptops in general so I will try my best to help with them.

Transfering content from old devices, doing back ups,software updates,offloading data to memory drives/usbs.

Gaming consoles such as an xbox,nintendo,I don’t have a huge amount of knowledge with playstations but I will give it a go to see it I can resolve the issue.
