TERM AND CONDITIONS
1.We will give you full refund immediately if unlock code is not available in the SERVER.
2. You cannot change your mind once you have purchased the service as we process the IMEI on the server and the server then charges us immediately. It will not allow us to cancel for any reason.
3. If you encounter any issues in unlocking your mobile, you have to provide us with a short video of the issue from start to finish.
4. We can not refund if your phone is hard locked, meaning an incorrect unlock code was previously used in an attempt to unlock the phone. This can permanently diminish the amount of tries left to input the correct code. Most phones will begin with at least 10 attempts to enter the correct code.
If you are not sure, please insert a different sim card into your phone. If the phone doesn't ask for an unlock code, it means the phone is hard locked.
5. If the IMEI you want to unlock is blacklisted/barred/CLAIMED INSURANCE then the server will not unlock it and we will not take the responsibility for your mistake and will not refund at any cost.
1. We can not refund if your phone is rooted as unlock code does not work on rooted phone.
