We're bringing together a few of speakers under one very specific rule: 20 slides each, about 20 seconds per slide, to share something that made them click. A real before-and-after in how they think, how they work, or even how they make their breakfast in the morning. No pressure, lads.

Quality assurance (QA) has a perception problem: it's often seen as a cost. That was the challenge Scorebuddy brought to us. What began as a QA tool had grown into a platform that turns every customer conversation into business intelligence, but the brand story hadn't caught up.

So we changed the conversation. Working closely with the Scorebuddy team, we repositioned the brand around customer experience (CX), shifting it from cost centre to value driver. With a new brand strategy, a fresh visual system and a very expressive parrot called Buddy 🦜, the brand now shows its true value while staying just as approachable.
