This challenge is about more than stepping over the edge of Europe's third largest stadium - it’s about raising vital funds to support the incredible work the Irish Wheelchair Association does for people with physical disabilities across Ireland.

This latest report highlights how fake CAPTCHA websites are now being used to hijack your clipboard and install information-stealing malware. It’s another reminder that cyber threats are constantly evolving, and businesses need to evolve their security strategies just as quickly.

At BITS, we stress this point often: cyber security isn’t a one-time setup, it’s an ongoing process. Attackers are always looking for new ways in, and it only takes one click to compromise your data, finances, and reputation.

What should you do if you come across a suspicious page like this?
- Never enter details or click “Allow” on a random CAPTCHA or security prompt if it looks out of place.
- Close the page immediately.
- Report it to your IT team so it can be blocked across your organisation.
Ensure your devices are protected with updated endpoint protection and monitoring — so if something does slip through, it can be contained quickly.

Cyber security is a moving target. The threats are evolving — but so are the defences. The key is staying ahead, and that’s where we can help.

Yesterday, members of our sales team, Dylan and Killian, were kindly invited by CMS Distribution to attend the All-Ireland Hurling Semi-Final between Kilkenny and Tipperary at Croke Park.

A huge thank you to CMS Distribution for the generous hospitality and for hosting us in their suite — and to Diarmuid and Liam from CMS for the great company throughout the day.

While the result on the pitch didn’t go Kilkenny’s way, off the pitch it was a brilliant experience and a great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and continue building strong partnerships that ultimately benefit our clients.

Recently, Some of our BITS team took a break from the screens and headed out to Countryside Leisure Activity Centre in Kilkenny for a day of clay pigeon shooting and archery. 🎯🔫

It was great to spend time together outside of the office – even if a few of us quickly realised we’re better at hitting IT targets than moving ones!

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work and commitment our team brings every day. Taking time to step away and recharge together is just one way we show our appreciation and keep our culture strong.

Today is International Family Day and it’s a chance to reflect on the strong sense of connection that’s developed at BITS over the years.

We started as a small team over 24 years ago and have grown into a team of nearly 30 people, each playing a key role in where we are today, But even with that growth, one thing hasn’t changed: the close-knit culture we’ve built together.

From office laughs and client site visits to staff nights out and busy Mondays, it’s the everyday moments that define what BITS is all about.

A big thanks to the entire BITS team for making this a brilliant place to work and to our valued clients for being part of the journey. We love what we do, and we’re proud to do it together.

We’re delighted to announce that Sinead Meyler has officially stepped into her new role as Account Manager at BITS.

Many of you will know Sinead from her time as our Head of Inside Sales, where she made a big impact supporting our clients.

It’s been brilliant to watch her grow within the business, and this promotion is incredibly well deserved. She was handed the keys to her brand new company car this week by our Managing Director, Paul Byrne
