Last week, members of the Proactive team attended , hosted by CREW at Dexcom Stadium in Galway.

It was an inspiring day of keynotes, panels and exhibitions that reinforced something we already know well - the creative industry across the West and North West is thriving.

One theme came through consistently: 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Whether in design, film, digital or strategy, the strongest work happens when different perspectives, disciplines and skillsets come together. The success of the Irish film industry in recent years is a great example of what can happen when collaboration is embraced at local, national and international level.

Creativity doesn’t exist in a vacuum - and with so much talent across the region, there’s huge value in learning from and working alongside one another.

(And yes… speaking of collaboration, we happen to know a team that offers quite a few creative services 😉)

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in Connemarathon (Connemara International Marathon) a little over a week ago.

From the Half to the Full and Ultra, it was a sold-out event with an incredible atmosphere from start to finish. With runners from 31 nationalities - including strong numbers from France, the UK and the USA - it truly was a global celebration of endurance and spirit.

Well done to all who crossed the line - a fantastic achievement in one of the most scenic (and challenging!) races out there.
