LEFT: me in 1990, college student card. Fresh-faced, no idea what was coming.

I graduated from college in 1992, it's hard to believe that was 34 years ago!

Like all my fellow graduates, I worked incredibly hard during a time when success was measured by the no. of hours you worked, the title you held, and the car you drove.

If I could advise my 22-year-old self today, I would shout: “SLOW DOWN." Absorb the ocean, the sky, and the nature all around you. Breathe it all in.

Today, I carve out pockets of time daily to swim and walk the beach with the people who matter most. This is a daily ritual, not a weekend treat. I can do this because I’ve automated the tasks that used to consume my life.
