Qualitas Electronics was formed by Managing Director Alan Jackson in Dec 2016 to offer customers the ability to “extend their own manufacturing capabilities” without the need for major investment or the Engineering overheads. Services

Customers can have access to a full Surface Mount Assembly Line along with an SMT Engineer to carry out development work, prototype builds or batch builds. Our ser

vices are used by Design Engineers, start up companies and also established manufacturers for scheduling of overflow capacity planning.

Due to continued increases in demand for higher volume production runs we are upgrading our reflow oven to meet this requirement.
This key strategic investment with the BTU Pyramax 100A is the final piece in the jigsaw and will not only meet these demands but also increase our capacity to take on new customers.
