Keeping fit with Strandum Limited!!

Whilst many of us are still learning to cope with working from home Strandum the leading Irish HR software company decided to lend a hand. Last week Jaqueline Almeida, Strandum's digital marketing specialist and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor gave an online physical work out for all the company employees to join in. Everyone enjoyed it so much Brendan Carney, Strandum CEO decided we should open up the invite to include our clients.

This morning was the first of the twice weekly planned workout on Google Meet. All agreed it was a fantastic way to start the day and week.

"It was great to see some of our clients again and hopefully they all feel a little bit more energised" Brendan Carney.

The workout lasts for about 20 minutes and open to anyone who would care to join in.

Strandum HR is proud to be associated in a small way with Leitrims Health Is Wealth 2020, over 1,000 people gathered at The Landmark Hotel in Carrick on Shannon for this event.

Attended by Gemma Willis, Dr. Ed O’Mahoney Catherine Corless, Sean Keane and Paul Williams.

- Gemma Willis spoke about coping with life changing injuries following an horrific car accident.

- Dr. Ed O’Mahoney discussed eating disorders.

- Catherine Corless recounted her experience of uncovering the tragedy of the Tuam babies.

Looking back on 2019 we are filled with appreciation and gratitude for the corporate sponsorship and support we have received.
