Some important websites down this morning folks fyi.

Amazon's cloud services unit AWS was hit by an outage today, causing connectivity issues for many companies around the world and disrupting services for several popular websites and apps including Fortnite and Snapchat.

Storm Eowyn Update:

We’re aware that Storm Eowyn caused significant damage to power and fibre networks in various parts of Ireland, leading to ongoing service disruptions for some of our customers. We understand this is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these issues.

Just so you know, our phone lines have been and continue to be open during our normal office hours. You’ll hear a brief message before being connected to a member of our team. We’re also doing our utmost to keep up with incoming requests and appreciate your understanding if response times are a bit longer than usual.

Many of the current service issues are due to faults on the Open Eir and National Broadband Ireland networks, and we’re collaborating closely with them to ensure any outstanding repairs are made as soon as possible.
